The Broadmoor Hotel is a luxurious, historic, five-star hotel located at the foot of the Rockies. It surrounded by the mountains and centered by Cheyenne Lake. A jewel of the American West, The Broadmoor is spread across over 3,000 acres. It has been welcoming guests since June 29, 1918.

The Broadmoor was born as a gambling casino, which James Pourtales opened in 1891. Spencer Penrose and his wife bought the property and adjoining land in 1916 with a vision of creating a beautiful world class resort and golf course. The original Broadmoor Golf Club opened with the hotel in 1918. Today the Hotel has three 18-hole finest championship golf courses in the world!
